1.      President                                           

To achieve the company’s strategic objective.

 

2. Vice President  – Business Systems & Agency Manager

 

To assist in achieving the company’s strategic objective through planning, evaluation, monitoring and improving of Marketing, Accounting, Administration, and Operations functions in a way that promotes an effective, smooth-running organization.

 

To support the acquisition and retention of long-term quality customers and qualified, well-suited, and motivated employees for the company by innovating, quantifying, and managing the orchestration process for all systems used in the company.

 

 

3. Marketing & Sales Process Manager

 

To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of long-term, quality customers for the company through the creation of the company’s marketing strategies, through product development, and through creation of the process for lead generation, lead conversion and customer fulfillment that prospects and customers will perceive as being emotionally satisfying and as being consistent with their expectations.

 

·         Marketing - To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of customers through the creation and implementation of the company’s marketing program.

·         Insurance Company Relations - To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of customers through the development and implementation of the company’s Insurance Company Relations system.

·         Product Development - To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of customers through the research and development of insurance company products that will fit the marketing program.

·         Product Quoting System - To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of customers through a development and implementation of an efficient system for obtaining quotes for prospects. 

·         Product Proposal System - To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of customers through development and implementation of a simplified and educational insurance proposal system for our current customers and prospects.

·         Lead Generation - to support the acquisition of long-term, quality customers for the company through the design, production, and placement of media messages, and the development and implementation of promotional activities that produce prospects for the company’s products.

·         CO-OP Advertising - to support the acquisition of long-term, quality customers and to optimize cash flow and profit through research and implementation of co-op advertising opportunities available that will support our marketing program.

 

4. Finance & Administration Manager

 

To assist in optimizing cash flow by implementing, monitoring and evaluating the company’s credit policy, by tracking company liabilities and preparing payments, by tracking and collecting revenues owed to the company and by accurately maintaining the company's budget, financial and business quantification records.

 

To support the retention of employees by administering the payroll and benefits system, and by responding to employee inquiries and to support achievement of the company’s Strategic Objective by implementing and monitoring the business quantification system.

 

To facilitate the acquisition and retention of qualified, well-suited and motivated employees to the company through the development and implementation of recruitment, hiring, compensation, and benefits system.  

 

To provide staff support toward the acquisition and retention of customers through facilities, equipment, supplies, and software maintenance.

 

5. Accounting Associate

 

To assist in optimizing cash flow by implementing, monitoring and evaluating the company’s credit policy, by tracking company liabilities and preparing payments, by tracking and collecting revenues owed to the company and by accurately maintaining the company's budget, financial and business quantification records.

 

To support the retention of employees by administering the payroll and benefits system, and by responding to employee inquiries and to support achievement of the company’s Strategic Objective by implementing and monitoring the business quantification system.

 

 

·         Banking – to assist in optimizing cash flow by maintaining an orderly and accurate banking system.

·         Accounts Receivable – to optimize cash flow through the establishment and implementation of the company’s credit policy and the monitoring and collection of accounts due.

·         Accounts Payable – to optimize cash flow through the establishment and implementation of policies and systems for the payment of company liabilities.

·         Budget – to optimize cash flow and profit through the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of the budget. 

·         Payroll – to support the retention of employees by administering the payroll and benefits system, and by responding to employee inquiries.

·         Business Quantification – to support achievement of the company’s Strategic Objective by implementing and monitoring the business quantification system.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Administrative Associate

 

To facilitate the acquisition and retention of qualified, well-suited and motivated employees to the company through the development and implementation of recruitment, hiring, compensation, and benefits system.  

 

To provide staff support toward the acquisition and retention of customers through facilities, equipment, supplies, and software maintenance.

 

·         Personnel – to facilitate the acquisition and retention of qualified, well-suited , and motivated employees to the company through the development and implementation of recruitment, hiring, compensation and benefits system.

·         Facility Maintenance – to facilitate the acquisition and retention of customers and employees through development and implementation of office design, decor, and maintenance systems.

·         Computer & Office Equipment – To provide staff support toward the acquisition and retention of customers through the development, maintenance, and purchasing of computer hardware and office equipment.

·         Computer Software – To provide staff support toward the acquisition and retention of customers through the development and maintenance of agency management software and the development and maintenance of the agency internet and intranet websites.

·         Purchasing – To provide staff support toward the acquisition and retention of customers and employees together with optimizing of cash flow and profitability for the company through the development and implementation of our agency purchasing system.

 

 

7. Operations Manager

 

To provide staff support for acquisition and retention of long-term, quality customers through Employee Training, Quality Control, and Policy Delivery in accordance with the company’s business sales and service systems with special emphasis on customer fulfillment where prospects and customers will perceive that they are emotionally satisfied and that they are treated with a consistent experience that meets their expectations.

 

·         Training  - to facilitate the acquisition and retention of customers and to keep employees motivated through development and implementation of training services & systems

·         Policy Delivery – to facilitate the retention of customers by providing an accurate and complete policy delivery system.

·         Quality Control – to assist in the retention of quality customers through the development and implementation of quality control systems in accordance with our marketing message and contractual obligations so that customer’s expectations are met or exceeded.

 

 

 

 

8. Receptionist & Customer Billing Service Associate

           

To acquire and retain long-term, quality customers for the company by communicating with all people who contact the company in accordance with our communications procedures.

 

To retain long-term quality relationships with insurance companies by providing the final quality control check on application submissions and other written insurance company correspondence

 

To retain long-term, quality customers for the company by providing customer billing service in accordance with the company standards.

 

 

9. Senior Sales & Service Agent

 

To acquire and retain long-term, quality customers for the company through the implementation of lead survey, lead conversion, customer fulfillment, and referral lead generation systems in accordance with our marketing message and contractual obligations, so that customers expectations are met or exceeded.

 

To provide support to the customer service agents as a mentor.

 

 

10. Sales & Service Agent

 

To acquire and retain long-term, quality customers for the company through the implementation of lead survey, lead conversion, customer fulfillment, and referral lead generation systems in accordance with our marketing message and contractual obligations, so that customers expectations are met or exceeded.
